The practice boundary is established with the local health authority to ensure adequate primary care coverage across a specific area. The practice will only take new registrations from residents within the inner boundary. If a registered patient subsequently moves outside of the inner boundary, as long as they have not moved residence beyond the outer boundary they may remain with the practice. Those registered patients who move outside of the outer boundary will need to register with a practice appropriate to their new residence.
To check if you are residing within our boundary, please follow this link and enter your postcode at the bottom of the page.
